As a results-driven trainer, coach and professional speaker with over 20 years of experience, her enthusiasm is contagious.  Her interest in etiquette and civility stems back to her years in business as a Special Events Coordinator and a Public Relations Expert Executive in both an entrepreneurial and corporate roll.  Her focus has always been to provide her clients with consistent service and inspire them to exhibit the characteristics of a well-mannered professional. 

As a Marketing and Public Relations Director, Sylvie created an award winning, first of its kind in Canada on-screen advertising program.  As company spokesperson she delivered all editorial coverage and coordinated all special events including red carpet, movie premieres, inaugurations and many more.

Sylvie has recently joined the team of etiquette experts as an affiliate of the internationally recognized company Civility Works owned and operated by Karen Mallett.  She has added Civility Works’ training programs to her course selection and together they will be adding Bilingual webinars, online learning and much more.
