BACK TO SCHOOL –BASIC GRAMMAR FOR BUSINESS

Would you like to eliminate embarrassing grammatical mistakes and improve the way in which you communicate? Master the rules of the English language, and you'll master business communication. This seminar offers a review of basic grammar rules to ensure that your knowledge is current and effective. Grammar can be fun. You can learn to be attentive to the technical aspects of writing and speaking, and actually enjoy communicating at the same time. This session incorporates humour and real-life grammar faux pas that everyone can relate to.

Rationale for This Session:

People judge us by how we speak and how we write. Using incorrect grammar can give your audience the impression that you are careless, uneducated, have poor social skills, or even lack intelligence. People will even judge your social status by how you choose and use your words. The English language can be complicated, and the truth is that most North Americans forget the basic grammar they learned in elementary school by the time they are 25 years old.
