Civility Works is the training and development division of the International Institute of Civility. The mission of Civility Works is based on three core values;

Interact with citizens of the world to
Impart Civility; respect and leadership with one universal vision;
Improve communication and relationships worldwide

Civility Works provides Etiquette and Civility training for children and adults. The focus areas of the children's programs are manners, courtesy, and providing guidance and encouragement for handling themselves positively in various social settings. For adults, Civility Works provides programs on social and business etiquette, productive and confident communication skills and leadership development.

Our programs are either custom designed or standardized and are adapted to the audience or organization, whether they are private, public, local or based in one of our international locations.

Civility Works has affiliates in Canada, the United States and Lebanon. The Institutes current expansion projects include setting up an affiliate office in the Caribbean. Recent North-American affiliate includes Bellalur - a French-Canadian Etiquette and Protocol company
